I was christened with the beautiful names of Susan Grace by my Mother & Father which I have chosen to use in my Doctor of Metaphysical Science path.
I have been fortunate to enjoy a history of good health and was an elite athlete in my youth. Staying active has always been important to me and I continue to maintain my fitness through daily running and walking next to the sea or along pathways in our beautiful parks.
In 2022, however, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my left hip and osteoarthritis in my left knee. Despite spending a few thousand dollars following treatment plans recommended by doctors and specialists, including pharmaceutical prescriptions, my condition did not improve. I was in constant pain and reached a point where I couldn’t even stand on my left leg to put on my shoe before a walk or run.
I was advised that knee and hip surgery were my only options—an outcome I was strongly opposed to.
In early 2025, I discovered quantum healing frequency with the Rife technology and the Proper Human Diet, which completely transformed my body. The pain disappeared, and I was able to run and walk again without limitation.
Beyond this, I experienced a range of additional health benefits. I no longer suffer from sinusitis, acid reflux, headaches or brain fog. And I am able to have 8 hours of rested sleep.
I invested in the Rife quantum healing frequency technology which is considered the most advanced on the planet and has the biggest rife frequency database in the world.
My wellness journey has been deeply empowering, all with no pharmaceutical drugs or operations and I now share my knowledge and experience in the hope of helping others reclaim their health and vitality.

What is The Emotion Code®?
The Emotion Code ® is an energy healing technique designed to help users identify and literally release Trapped Emotions – which we believe are harmful emotional energies from negative past events. Trapped Emotions may cause feelings of depression and anxiety, and may also block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. Our premise is that Trapped Emotions are made of energy just like the rest fo the body, and that they exert an influence on the physical tissues. We believe this can cause acute discomfort and potential disease. Releasing Trapped Emotions can create the proper conditions for the body to heal – so physical and emotional difficulties may disappear or become much more manageable.
Supporting my clients maintain a positive mindset, I use techniques such as emotional intelligence and NLP. A qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming coach/practitioner (since 2010), I’ve always used these techniques to help and support my clients to:
- Maintain a positive outlook for themselves with their lifestyle
- Define their purpose and vision
- Successfully obtaining and establishing goals
- Overcome negative thoughts and decisions
- Establish good habits and behaviours
NLP is about observing changes in perception, responsible communication and developing choices of responses or communication in any given situation. It works on the principle that everyone has all the resources within themselves to make positive changes in their own life.
In essence, it has elements of mindfulness to overcome anxiety and depression.
Establishing good daily habits in a positive way creates an internal happy and motivated state. Rewiring the information we process that comes into our brains from the outside into positive thoughts – such as;
- Visual (eyes) When we look at someone – observe something positive such as he/she is wearing a lovely shirt
- Olfactory (smell) When you are outside – observe something positive like the awesome scent of the trees or flowers
- Auditory (ears) When someone talks to you – observe something positive such as their great sounding voice
- Kinesthetic (touch) When sitting in a restaurant – obverse that the table cloth or chair fabric has a good texture
- Gustatory (taste) When eating a meal – observe that your food tastes good
